today announced that it plans to commence repurchases of its common stock under a $2 million program that was authorized by its Board of Directors in 2011. No shares have been purchased under the program to date. Repurchases may be made from time to time in open market or private transactions. Depending on market conditions and other factors, repurchases may be commenced or suspended from time to time without prior notice.
