BANGALORE: Investment services provider Amba Research on Wednesday said it has been ranked among the top 3 KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) service providers across the globe, in the Datamonitor’s annual Black Book of Outsourcing Survey for 2010.
The company has also grabbed the highest slot among firms specialising in financial research, Amba Research said in a statement.
“This year, we have been ranked higher than all our competitors in the investment research support area,” Amba Research Group CEO Mohan Alexander said.
The 2010 Black Book of Outsourcing Survey captures customer satisfaction ratings from users of outsourced services across the globe, covering areas like financial benefits, risk mitigation and other areas that firms consider while engaging with an outsourcing partner.
“Clients have commended Amba for their ability to understand their requirements. The firm’s ability to deliver across the entire continuum of criteria that clients look for in an outsourcing vendor has been confirmed by their clients,” Black Book of Outsourcing Research Director Eamon Kennedy said.
